Job Summary
We are hiring an HR Executive – Operations & Recruitment to support our HR department in managing end-to-end employee lifecycle and recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and talent acquisition. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional who can ensure smooth onboarding, accurate documentation, and effective hiring to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Verify and cross-check all documents provided by employees on the joining day
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records in the HRIS system
- Ensure timely and systematic filing of all HR and recruitment-related documents
- Coordinate onboarding arrangements (IT assets, workspace, bank accounts, etc.)
- Manage the contract and confidentiality agreement process
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and orientation process
- Handle exit formalities including clearances, feedback, and final documentation
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and operational matters
- Draft, update, and circulate HR policies and internal communications
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in identifying hiring needs and defining job descriptions
- Post job openings across relevant platforms and track applicant responses
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and hiring pipeline
- Conduct reference checks and assist in final offer preparation
- Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future roles
Required Skills

Experience
- Minimum: 2 years
Education & Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Preferred: MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in HR
