The real constraint

You can't hire a robotics specialist. You shouldn't have to.

Programs that need a specialist per campus stall when that person resigns. This one works with the science and IT teachers already on your payroll.

The usual approach
LearnOSTEAM
Teaching capacity
Hire a specialist per campus
Certify your existing science and IT staff
Hardware cost
One kit per student in year one

Connectivity
Assumes stable broadband
Low-bandwidth, offline-tolerant content
Timetable
Needs a new dedicated period
Fits an existing period from term one

What the first term actually looks like.

1Days 0–30

Setup

We doConfigure accounts, import classes, test devices and slot the timetable.
You doShare the class roster and confirm which period it occupies.
2Days 31–60

Teacher certification

We doFour sessions plus assessed practice. We observe the first two modules delivered.
You doYour teachers deliver those two modules, with us in the room.
3Days 61–90

Independent delivery

We doReview progress data monthly and issue the first school-level report.
You doYour teachers run it. We are support, not staff.

Before you ask

What heads of school ask first.

Certification is four sessions plus assessed practice, inside existing INSET time where possible. After that, lesson plans, resources and grading are pre-built in the platform. The aim is less preparation than a subject they write themselves.

Certification stays with the school, not the person. New staff certify through the same four-session route, and lesson plans and class data remain in the platform.

No. Delivery is simulator-first, so there is no kit per student in year one. Kits become an optional upgrade once the programme is running.

Scope and sequence for grades 1 to 12 is mapped to the national curriculum and published in the curriculum guide, with standards mapping by grade band.

It stays with the learner. The school controls the login and the learner owns the record, so projects and certificates remain verifiable after a licence ends.
