Teacher TrainingFor schools

Your own science and IT teachers, certified to teach STEAM. The certification stays with your school when staff change.

4 sessionsAssessed practiceStays with your school

You can’t hire a robotics specialist for every campus, and you shouldn’t have to. We certify the science and IT teachers already on your staff to deliver the curriculum, then step back to support.

Certification is four sessions plus assessed practice, inside existing INSET time where possible. After that, lesson plans, resources and grading are pre-built in the LearnOSTEAM platform.

What’s included

How it works for your school

Less preparation, not more

Lesson plans, resources and grading are pre-built in the platform.

Certification stays with the school

New staff certify through the same four-session route; lesson plans and class data remain.

Fits an existing period

No new specialist and no new timetable slot from term one.

How a teacher gets certified

  1. Four training sessions

The curriculum, the platform, the simulators and how to run a class with them.

  2. Assessed practice

Each teacher delivers modules and is assessed on real lessons.

  3. Observed first modules

We observe the first two modules your teachers deliver, in the room with them.

  4. Independent delivery

Your teachers run it. We review progress data monthly and support, not staff.

Next step

Talk to someone who has done this in a school like yours.

One meeting covers what fits your school, how delivery works and what it costs. We reply within one working day.
