Role Overview:

LearnOBots is looking for a highly driven and future-focused individual to join as a Strategy & Operations Associate to the General Manager. This is a grooming role for future leadership, ideal for someone with strong analytical, operational, and interpersonal skills who is looking to take on growing levels of responsibility within an innovative EdTech environment.

The selected candidate will work directly with the General Manager across key verticals including Business Development, Marketing, Human Resources, Product Strategy, and Operations, with the goal of understanding, contributing to, and eventually leading strategic functions of the company. This role is designed for individuals who aspire to move into senior management roles and are eager to be coached, mentored, and exposed to real-time decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the GM to lead cross-functional projects, coordinate departmental priorities, and drive company-level initiatives.
  • Act as the right hand to the GM, helping manage meetings, communications, deadlines, and follow-ups across all departments.
  • Own and deliver critical research, presentations, strategy documents, reports, and internal policy drafts.
  • Support the GM in performance tracking, quarterly planning, recruitment processes, and investor/client communications.
  • Identify gaps, propose solutions, and help design workflows to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison between the GM and departmental heads to ensure strategic alignment and progress.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings (internal and external) and represent the GM when required.
  • Drive learning by being involved in education, tech, and social impact projects to better understand company DNA.
  • Take ownership of projects with increasing autonomy, with a goal of developing into a future managerial or leadership role.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Education, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, operations, education, or tech-driven organizations. Exceptional fresh graduates may also apply.
  • Strong analytical thinking, organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfort in working under minimal supervision and managing multiple tasks.
  • Deep interest in education, social impact, and digital transformation.
  • A hunger to learn, a proactive mindset, and a clear ambition for leadership.
  • Bonus: Experience in startups, EdTech, or managing cross-functional projects.
