Job Description:
  • Lead project planning, define strategic goals, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee multiple project components including hiring, training, LMS development, fellow placements and delivery of hardware kits.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations for optimal efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, Ministry officials, and FDE for seamless execution.
  • Monitor and supervise overall performance and deliverables of 150 Tech Fellows across schools.
  • Identify project risks and implement timely mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and submit project reports and documentation as required.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure consistent progress toward project milestones.
  • Enhance project visibility through timely communication and social media outreach.
  • Continuously improve project workflows, processes, and methodologies.

Education
  • Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field (MPhil or higher preferred).
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale education or technology integration projects, preferably with government or development sector partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects involving ministries, public sector institutions, and donor agencies.
  • Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
