Job Description:
- Lead project planning, define strategic goals, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Oversee multiple project components including hiring, training, LMS development, fellow placements and delivery of hardware kits.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations for optimal efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, Ministry officials, and FDE for seamless execution.
- Monitor and supervise overall performance and deliverables of 150 Tech Fellows across schools.
- Identify project risks and implement timely mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and submit project reports and documentation as required.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure consistent progress toward project milestones.
- Enhance project visibility through timely communication and social media outreach.
- Continuously improve project workflows, processes, and methodologies.

Education
- Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field (MPhil or higher preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale education or technology integration projects, preferably with government or development sector partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects involving ministries, public sector institutions, and donor agencies.
- Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
