1. Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and meticulous Creative Design Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of LearnOBots as a leader in futuristic STEAM education. The ideal candidate will be a visual storyteller who can translate complex technological concepts into compelling graphics and engaging video content that resonates with students, parents, educators, and partners. You will be instrumental in building our brand and driving our mission to inspire the next generation of innovators.
2. Key Job Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Create high-impact visual assets for both digital and print mediums, including social media graphics, marketing brochures, presentation decks, emailers, website banners, and exhibition booths.
- Video Production: Take ownership of the video content lifecycle, from concept and storyboarding to editing, motion graphics, color grading, and final delivery, for product demos, customer testimonials, social media reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Brand Guardianship: Ensure all creative output is consistent with the LearnOBots brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional look and feel across all touchpoints.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet strategic objectives.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain a digital library of assets, including graphics, raw footage, and final projects.
3. Required Skills & Competencies
- Technical Expertise: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically:
- Adobe Photoshop (Expert)
- Adobe Illustrator (Expert)
- Adobe Premiere Pro (Expert)
- Adobe After Effects (Intermediate to Expert)
- Visual Storytelling: A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to tell a story through both static design and dynamic video.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality.
- Professionalism: High level of integrity, proactive communication, and a strong collaborative spirit.
4. Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in a graphic design and video editing role, preferably in an ed-tech environment, agency, or tech startup.
- A proven track record (portfolio) showcasing a variety of design and video projects.
5. Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience and an exceptional portfolio will also be considered.
